LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR ZINE?
We have lots of zines that aren't currently listed, so if you're looking for something, email us.  We're trying to get everything eventually up on the website, but you know how that goes.  The dog wants to eat.  The cat unplugs the computer.  Life happens.

CONTENT & DESCRIPTION OF USED ZINES

When we acquire a zine collection, it often comes with lots of stuff we've never seen or even heard of - so the best we can do is to list the zine title, condition, and occasionally we might toss in the names of some well-known contributors.  Point being, don't ask me what I was thinking when I wrote Dreams of the Sleepers, and don't expect me to remember whether the third story in Contact #2 has a happy ending or not, or what the name of the Klingon was in Kraith #19724. I wish I remembered.  Truly I do.  But alas, they only let me out on weekends, and then only on a short leash.  Memory?  What memory?

USED ZINES & THE "FREE ZINES" SALE
Used zines are not available as part of the "free zine" sale, because many are with us on consignment.

RETURN POLICY ON USED ZINES
Used zines are not eligible for return or refund.  First, we've had too many from The Entitlement Generation who seem to think it's okay to order a zine, read it, then return it for a full refund.  Sorry - nobody owes you anything for free.       Last thing I got for free took a cycle of antibiotics to get rid of.  We are old and grumpy.  We are zine-o-saurs... hear us roar. 

CONDITION STATEMENT & MISC. INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW

These zines are one of a kind, so once they're gone, they're gone!

I'm discovering that I also don't have enough time to scan in all the covers or write detailed descriptions of every title, but you can always email us if you need more information on a specific zine.

All used zines are originals unless otherwise noted.  I've tried to include a general statement of condition.  Here's how I'm seeing it...

GOOD = Intact, readable, no MAJOR damage, but even a "good" zine may have some wear & tear, cover scuffs & the like.  Most of these zines are very old, some going back to the 70s, so don't expect a pristine copy looking like it just fell out of the copy machine. 

FAIR = Expect some obvious wear & tear - creases, dog-earring, etc.  Zines in "fair" condition are still perfectly readable.

POOR = Clearly damaged or just plain old and beginning to fall apart.  :(  Zines in "poor" condition are readable but don't expect too much.

ALL USED ZINES SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION

We try to be diligent in selling old zines, but we can't be responsible for things like missing pages or other foibles.  For the most part, even the VERY old zines we sell are believed to be in readable condition.  If you do happen to get a zine with a missing page, you may be able to put up a notice on one of the  zine lists and have someone copy it for you.  Unfortunately, FanzinesPlus does not have that capability, and so we make it known that all used zines are sold "as is".

SHIPPING SPECIFICS & GENERAL POLICY
"Where's My Zine?"

No refunds or exchanges on used zines.  On new/reprint zines, we will exchange for same-title only for damaged merchandise (missing pages, damaged in transit, etc). We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, especially with orders outside the US.  Other than for our "used zines", ALL of our zines are print on demand, and can take up to 30 days for delivery.  NORMALLY delivery is considerably faster, but allow AT LEAST 30 days in the US, and up to 6 weeks for international orders - yes, even Canada.  If it has not yet been at least 30 days from time of payment, please refrain from writing us a "Where's my zine?" email.  If it has been more than 30 days, by all means, let us know, but remember, we cannot be responsible for orders lost in transit.  We ship via USPS, with delivery confirmation on all domestic orders, and on international orders where such service is available.
