No refunds.  Exchanges for damaged merchandise only.  We are not responsible for orders lost in transit, especially with orders outside the US.  Other than for our "used zines", ALL of our zines are print on demand, and can take up to 30 days for delivery.  NORMALLY delivery is considerably faster, but allow AT LEAST 30 days in the US, and up to 6 weeks for international orders - yes, even Canada.  If it has not yet been at least 30 days from time of payment, please refrain from writing us a "Where's my zine?" email.  If it has been more than 30 days, by all means, let us know, but remember, we cannot be responsible for orders lost in transit.  We ship via USPS, with delivery confirmation on all domestic orders, and on international orders where such service is available.
